Ingredients
  • 1medium bananaripe
  • 2tbsp shredded coconutI use unsweetened, but it’s up to you!
  • 1tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1cup vanilla rice milkOr substitute with milk of choice
  • 1/4cup chia seeds
Toppings
  • 1/4cup bananachopped
  • 2tbsp walnutschopped
  • sprinkle shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients, except chia seeds, in a blender and process until smooth. Pulse in chia seeds.
  2. Place mixture into a covered glass bowl and let sit overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  3. Serve layered with sliced banana, walnuts, and a sprinkle of coconut.
