[RECIPE] Rosemary Garlic Sweet Potato Fries
medium sweet potatoes
cut into fries
granulated garlic [or garlic powder]
Sea salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut sweet potatoes and soak in warm water for 1-hour. This will yield in a crispier texture as it reduces the starch content. Drain and rinse well then dry with a paper towel.
In a large bowl, toss fries with coconut oil, rosemary, and granulated garlic.
Place fries on pan with some space between them.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes until slightly browned. Flip fries and bake for another 15 minutes or so until slightly browned.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
