[RECIPE] Rosemary Garlic Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
  • 2 medium sweet potatoescut into fries
  • 2tablespoons coconut oilmelted
  • 1tablespoon fresh rosemarychopped
  • 1teaspoon granulated garlic [or garlic powder]
  • Sea salt & pepper
Instructions
Prep:
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut sweet potatoes and soak in warm water for 1-hour. This will yield in a crispier texture as it reduces the starch content. Drain and rinse well then dry with a paper towel.
  3. Chop rosemary.
Make:
  1. In a large bowl, toss fries with coconut oil, rosemary, and granulated garlic.
  2. Place fries on pan with some space between them.
  3. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until slightly browned. Flip fries and bake for another 15 minutes or so until slightly browned.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately.
