We put the person back into personalized meal planning. Your weekly meal plan is hand-curated for you by a credentialed Registered Dietitian, not a computer.

Keep a photo food and lifestyle journals in real-time to track food, mood, digestive health concerns, sleep & metrics. Your dietitian are notified of entries to provide feedback.

Stay connected on-the-go with our instant messenger to receive support in real-time, even between sessions. You also have the option of booking 10-minute support calls between sessions as part of a program.

Pantry Power Program Timeline:

Session 1: nutrition assessment & Nutrient Analysis

You will receive your immunity-focused personal nutrition plan in this 1.5 to 2-hour session. Our Registered Dietitian will provide a detailed evaluation of your overall nutrition, fitness and health status based on your medical history, medications/supplements, physical activity and lifestyle.

Prior to this session, you will submit a 1-day food record through our online portal. You can utilize our photo journal functionality and not worry about exact portion sizes – that is our job! Our Registered Dietitian will analyze and review your baseline macronutrient (protein, carbohydrates, fats) and micronutrient (vitamins, minerals) intake and requirements in detail. A written report of baseline nutrition intake will be provided and reviewed in session.

Session 2: Power Pantry Meal Planning Session
Our goal is to support you in feeding your family nourishing meals made from kitchen staples. All recipes in this meal plan have been contributed by our community of Registered Dietitians who are committed to helping you maintain good health through nutrition.

This plan is completely customizable and contains simple recipes the whole family can enjoy. Each week, you will receive three days of suggested recipes with the ability to search hundreds more to add to your plan. All of our delicious recipes feature simple ingredients with easy-to-follow directions for people of all cooking levels.

Adjust recipes based on what fresh ingredients you might have on hand. You can also scale recipes to make more or less of any recipes and the grocery list will adjust.

Session 3: Fitness Advisor Coaching Session
