Fitness Assessment + Personal Training
Personal training to go with your nutrition plan.
Stop overtraining for how much you eat, or undereating for how hard you train. We evaluate your movement and build exercise programming based on your actual metabolic rate and body composition data.
Fitness assessments are available after you complete baseline metabolic and body composition testing.
Beginner-Friendly Fitness & Movement Assessment
$220 | 60 MINS | LOCATED AT MOMENTUM PHYSIO
A movement and strength evaluation conducted by a professional trained in exercise prescription. This isn't just a workout—it's an analysis of how you move and what your body can handle.
Before your assessment
You'll need baseline metabolic and body composition testing first. This data informs your exercise prescription—we need to know your lean muscle mass, metabolic rate, and nutrition baseline before programming training.

We evaluate your current movement patterns, strength levels, and any limitations or compensations. Then we connect these findings to your nutrition data to build an integrated approach.
What you get
Movement pattern evaluation
Current strength and fitness baseline
Exercise recommendations aligned with your body composition goals

Your exact metabolic rate
Your lean muscle mass and protein requirements
Your current nutrition strategy
How to adjust training intensity based on your fueling
This integration prevents common mistakes like training too hard while undereating, or eating for muscle gain while doing excessive cardio.

Why this approach works
Data-Informed Exercise Prescription
We don't guess at your program. Your metabolic rate tells us your energy availability. Your body composition shows your muscle mass and where you need to build. Your nutrition data reveals if you're fueling appropriately for training demands.
Practical Integration
Your training recommendations align with your actual lifestyle and nutrition capacity. If you're in a calorie deficit for fat loss, we adjust training intensity accordingly. If you're building muscle, we ensure protein and calories support that goal.
Whole-Person Understanding
Personal trainers typically can't interpret metabolic data or prescribe nutrition strategies. We're registered dietitians first—which means we understand how training, metabolism, and nutrition interact at a clinical level.
