Most nutrition plans aren't built around your habits or your data. Here's what changes when they are.
Many people are doing better than they think. The gap is usually not effort, it's knowing what your body is doing and building a plan around how you normally eat.
Nutrition assessments are available after your baseline metabolic and body composition testing.
📍SESSION 2:
Nutrition Assessment & Diet Analysis
$250* | 1 hour
Recommended after you complete the baseline testing session.
*Save with new client packages that already includes this nutrition assessment!
This is where your metabolic data, body composition results, and diet analysis come together into a plan built around your physiology and your life.
Your registered dietitian reviews your test results alongside your food journal to assess calorie intake, macronutrient distribution, fiber, micronutrients, and eating patterns. The session covers individual calorie and protein targets, meal timing, and practical habit-based recommendations based on your life and how you eat day to day.
But it goes beyond the numbers. We address health conditions, eating behaviours, hunger and fullness patterns, and lifestyle factors that influence how your body responds. If relevant, your dietitian can also review blood work and wearable data to add clinical context.
Ideal for: Anyone who understands the value of eating well and exercising but isn't seeing the results they expect, or wants their test results translated into a concrete plan.

The Food Journaling App
Here’s why we use journaling: your eating patterns reveal more than just calories. They show your schedule constraints, food preferences, stress patterns, and lifestyle realities. This context is essential for building strategies that actually stick.
