Weight loss dietitian in Calgary. Built on your numbers.
Lose fat, keep your muscle, and finally understand why it hasn't stuck before. We measure how your body actually works, then turn that data into everyday habits you can keep.
Measure first. Then plan.
Metabolic Testing (RMR)
A resting metabolic rate test measures how many calories your body burns at rest. You get your real number instead of an estimate, so your plan is built on facts from day one. If you’ve been eating “less than everyone else” without seeing results, this test often explains why.
Body Composition Testing
Weight alone doesn’t tell us much. Body composition testing shows how much of your weight is fat and how much is lean muscle. This lets us set the right targets and track what matters: losing fat while protecting the muscle that keeps your metabolism strong.
Personalized Nutrition Assessment
We look at your eating habits, schedule, sleep, stress, activity and health history. Then we find the few changes that will make the biggest difference for you
